About HydroPower
HydroPower was founded in 2015 with the goal of offering high-precision CNC machining and heavy-industry welding. Today the company manufactures, among other things, hydropower runners (Pelton and Francis) at an average of 170 runners per year, hydraulic cylinders (design and manufacture) as well as custom components for renewable energies, the cement and mining industries, heavy industry, metal processing and aerospace. Machining is performed on 3-axis CNC lathes, 6-axis CNC milling machines and a 6-axis CNC boring mill; in terms of materials, steel and stainless steel are processed, and forged and cast parts are procured to customer specification. At the Sincan/Ankara site (Turkey), facilities include an 8,000 m² welding hall (welding up to 60 t per part), an 8,000 m² machining hall (machining capacity Ø 7 m × 20 m length, up to 100 t) and a 3,000 m² corrosion protection hall with climate-controlled cubic cabins. A Germany office in Düsseldorf serves as the contact point for the European market. The range of services covers the entire value chain from material procurement through cutting, bending, welding, CNC machining, heat and surface treatment, blast cleaning and painting to assembly, functional testing, inspection (2D/3D measurement, balancing, NDT) as well as packaging and worldwide delivery of turnkey projects.
