I.M.S. Swiss GmbH (International Manufacturing Services), headquartered in Steinhausen, Switzerland, is a qualified contract manufacturer for custom and series production. The service portfolio includes CNC milling up to 5-axis, CNC turning and grinding, laser cutting, punching, bending, edging and deep drawing of sheet metal parts, as well as metal casting with mould making in aluminium, zinc and steel including CNC post-processing. In addition, the company offers joining techniques such as welding, soldering and brazing, surface finishing, electroplating and painting to RAL, SMD and THT assembly, cable assembly as well as automation and mounting. Customers come from the automotive and mechanical engineering, automation, electrical engineering and military sectors. Production takes place in selected and certified manufacturing centers within Europe and Asia, and worldwide upon customer request; from concept via process validation to packaging, labelling and logistics, IMS Swiss handles contract production along the entire supply chain. Production is carried out in small, medium and large volumes.
