About I.T.E.C. Cutting Solutions
I.T.E.C. Cutting Solutions develops and manufactures high-performance saw blades for metal and composite machining at its Eschweiler site. The product range includes DRYTECH® TCT circular saw blades (Ø 100–730 mm, special sizes on request), coated NSF saw blades for stainless steel, aluminium saw blades, ultra-thin LBS impact-resistant blades, cut-off milling cutters, throw-away saw blades for solid steel and cast iron, HSS circular saw blades as well as HM saw blades for CFRP, CFRTP and AFR. Based on dry cutting technology, cutting is possible without coolant – shorter cutting times, nearly burr-free cuts and extended tool life. The tooth geometry is adapted to the specific material and profile; an in-house R&D department develops customer-specific solutions. The offering is complemented by PVD coating and a saw blade service with up to five resharpenings. Customer industries include structural metalworking, tube and profile construction, automotive suppliers, aerospace, aluminium processing and mechanical engineering.
