About Ingenieurbüro Andreas Hanke
Ingenieurbüro Andreas Hanke is an owner-managed service provider for numerical simulation and FEM analysis in the field of solid and structural mechanics, based in Rostock and in operation since 2011. The team of calculation engineers produces static strength verifications, fatigue and service-life verifications, bolt and weld seam calculations, fracture-mechanical and thermomechanical investigations as well as stability and vibration analyses. The results are documented in verifiable and certification-ready calculation reports; in addition, designs are optimized in an accompanying manner, existing installations are inspected on site and CAD geometries are created. Focus areas include wind energy (since 2011, more than 258 components for 21 wind turbines up to 6 MW verified on- and offshore), lifting equipment and cranes, pressure vessels and pressure equipment, apparatus and plant engineering, mechanical engineering, shipbuilding as well as dental implants. Calculated structures range up to 86 m in length and 512 000 kg in mass; to date, over 750 projects have been realized for more than 170 customers. Structures calculated include, among others, rotor shafts, towers, main frames, lifting equipment, pressure vessels and dental implants.

Quality and Standards
Calculation results are documented in detailed, verifiable calculation reports; the reports have been submitted to certifiers such as DNV GL, TÜV NORD, TÜV SÜD and DEWI-OCC and used for the certification of the components. Verifications are performed in consideration of the relevant standards (among others FKM, VDI 2230, Eurocode, DIN EN 13445, DNV GL, IEC 61400).
