Who we are
InoxAir GmbH from Gelsenkirchen is a medium-sized family-owned company with 40 employees specializing in ventilation technology and air treatment. Starting as a two-man sales operation for exhaust hoods and fans, the company evolved into a contact point for kitchen planning and exhaust air solutions in gastronomy, hotels and catering. Since 2013, the in-house CleanAir technology has been established: plasma-assisted systems remove grease, smoke and odors from kitchen exhaust air without chemicals. The portfolio includes exhaust hoods, fans, ventilation and air extraction according to VDI 6022, kitchen ventilation according to VDI 2052, stainless steel furniture, sinks and hygiene products, piping and installation materials as well as stainless steel pipes. The range is complemented by the MBE-EVO electric heater coil series with capacities up to 18 kW, whose heating spirals are made of stainless steel housed in galvanized sheet steel enclosures. The products are sold via distributors and are also used for applications such as oil mist separation on CNC machines.

Heinz Bruder and his son René Bruder start as a two-man company selling exhaust hoods and fans, based on experience from gastronomy and hospitality.
