Stud welding since 1939
IVOSTUD is a manufacturer specializing in stud welding technology with its headquarters in Breckerfeld. The company develops and manufactures stud welding power sources, servoelectrically monitored welding heads, stud sorters, stud holders and welding studs for the automotive industry. The systems process steel, aluminum and sandwich materials and meet performance level 'd' of the European Machinery Directive. With the proprietary Speedport, up to 60 welds per minute are possible. Stud production is certified to IATF 16949, and occupational safety management is certified to ISO 45001. In addition to the headquarters and a second German site in Radevormwald, IVOSTUD maintains branches in France, Great Britain, China, the USA, Mexico and Brazil and supplies automotive manufacturers and their suppliers worldwide. In 2023, the production area was expanded by a logistics and assembly hall of more than 2000 m².
