About us
IWK Metall- und Maschinenbau GmbH is a mechanical engineering company based at the Geinberg industrial park in Upper Austria. The company offers contract manufacturing from a single source, in particular turning and CNC milling with part lengths up to 3000 mm, tube and flat sheet laser cutting, robotic welding, as well as bending, pressing and stamping. A further business division is custom machine construction with customer-specific systems such as pallet singulators, assembly lines, conveyor belts, high-bay storage systems and PLC-controlled grippers and welding fixtures – from design through implementation to installation and commissioning. In addition to contract manufacturing, IWK develops and produces its own products: lifting and swivel arms with load capacities of 100 to 500 kg, fire hose lifts of the SAW 20/30/40 series, as well as compost turners (tractor-drawn and self-propelled) and compost screens. Production is carried out mainly in steel and stainless steel; customers include companies from the automotive and motorcycle industry, heating engineering, the fire service, as well as the composting and waste management sectors.
