About Josef Weischer
Josef Weischer GmbH develops and manufactures high-precision fixtures, form tools, and automated production systems in Emsdetten. In fixture construction, we create cubings, data control models, sectional and assembly fixtures, measurement setups, and testing devices—manual fixtures are manufactured from fiber-reinforced plastics and carbon, among other materials. Tool design encompasses foam and undercut tools for PUR, laminate, thermoforming, and press tools, as well as finishing models and mask technology for the 2-color slush process. In system construction, we design automated production lines, conveyor technology, robotics, tooling carriers, and our proprietary highQcheck, a fully automatic flexible measurement device. Production is CNC-bound on 11 to 13 milling machines with travel lengths up to 5,000 x 3,000 x 1,500 mm, supplemented by conventional machines. Customers come from the automotive, aerospace, and RV industries, as well as the construction, and agricultural industries, and medical technology. The family-run business, founded in 1964, employs approximately 140 staff and has a development site in Osnabrück and an FIP Center in Lüneburg.
