System development and OEM production from a single source
JÜKE Systemtechnik GmbH develops and manufactures mechatronic systems, assemblies and devices for medical technology, analytics and laboratory technology, and photonics. As an OEM partner, this owner-managed family business supports projects from requirements analysis through design (3D-CAD), electronics and firmware development to series production and approval support. Manufacturing includes CNC turning and milling, laser welding and marking, PCB assembly (SMD/THT) as well as assembly of electronics, precision mechanics and optomechanical components in low-dust, climate-controlled and ESD-protected rooms. In-house product-specific test tools and test rigs ensure quality, with complementary processes such as sheet metal working, heat treatment and surface finishing carried out with partners. The headquarters in Altenberge in the Münsterland region offers 5200 m² of usable floor space including a fully automated small-parts warehouse.
