About K+K Verbindungssysteme
K+K Verbindungssysteme Vertriebs GmbH was founded in 1994 and is based in Wuppertal. The company manufactures turned parts, milled parts and special parts from metal and plastic to drawing and sample in lot sizes from 50 pieces, as well as 2D laser parts from film to sheet metal, from prototype to large-scale series. The turned part range extends from simple geometries such as bushings, sleeves, discs and pins to complex CNC-turned parts: from bar stock, parts up to 65 mm in diameter are machined; larger parts up to 500 mm on CNC feeding machines. For laser parts, the company works with long-standing partners; mechanical post-processing with threads and chamfers is possible. In addition, heat treatments, over 50 surface treatments, custom packaging and just-in-time delivery are offered. According to the company, 3.5 million parts are produced per year. Customers include mechanical engineering, hydraulic and pump technology, conveyor technology, medical technology and municipal utilities (including the Wuppertal Suspension Railway); deliveries are made throughout Europe, within North Rhine-Westphalia with its own vehicle fleet.
