The coffee roastery Kaffeerösterei Keller, based in Zizers (Graubünden, Switzerland), roasts coffee traditionally over a wood fire, slowly and gently using the drum roasting process. The range includes espresso and coffee as beans or ground, compostable capsules, E.S.E. pods as well as coffee liqueur. The offering is complemented by unique products such as thick-walled espresso cups made of porcelain or Graubünden stone. Managing director and owner Fabrizio Keller runs the family business under the motto “passion, wood, fire and the best coffee beans”. In addition to products, the roastery also offers services such as barista courses and distributes its goods through direct sales and its own online shop.
