The Company

Kamptmann GmbH develops and manufactures high-stress fan impellers and rotors for radial and axial fans at its Crailsheim site in Baden-Württemberg. Production is carried out according to drawing, sample or specified performance data; the impellers are fully welded or robustly riveted (roller riveting process). The portfolio includes closed and open radial impellers, drum rotors with forward-curved blades, special impellers in closed design as well as matching inlet nozzles for every fan impeller. Components are made from steel, corrosion-, acid- and heat-resistant steels, aluminium, brass or copper and are realized up to a diameter of 2500 mm; machining and balancing are possible up to Ø 1400 mm. A core strength lies in single units, small and medium series as well as fast repairs of radial and axial fan impellers, keeping customer downtime to a minimum. In addition, the company offers contract balancing on modern balancing machines. Kamptmann GmbH supplies renowned companies in ventilation, air conditioning and heating technology, in extraction and dust collection, filter manufacturing, plant engineering, dryer and mill construction in Germany and the wider EU region. The company was founded in 1987 and has belonged to Karl Klein Ventilatorenbau GmbH in Aichwald since 2010.
