KAMtec GmbH is a special-purpose machinery manufacturer based in Weener near Leer in northern Germany. The company designs, programs and builds fully automatic production systems, in particular assembly machines and rotary indexing machines for complex assembly and testing tasks. The systems cover the entire process chain: assembly of subassemblies, in-line quality control with camera-based Vision Control, fully automatic in-line leak testing (leak test), end-of-line testing, ultrasonic welding of plastic parts, laser marking for traceability, and packaging of finished parts for transport. KAMtec works with system components from leading manufacturers, including cameras for Vision Control and laser marking systems from Videojet.
