About Kartonagenfabrik Helmut Eikemeier
Kartonagenfabrik Helmut Eikemeier is a converting business founded in 1949 in Hanover, headquartered in Langenhagen-Godshorn. The company manufactures corrugated board, cardboard boxes, packaging products, folding boxes and custom-made solutions, supplying its customers with complete packaging accessories. A special field is large-format boxes and 3-ply heavy-duty packaging; originally, glued corrugated board pads laminated with felt were the company's specialty. The operation specializes in small to medium production runs. The machine park comprises four inliners ranging from miniliner to containerline, rotary die-cutters, a Bobst Autoplatine, and small converting equipment with boxmaker, taper and stitcher. The storage technology consists of product-appropriate sliding-shelf racking with 7,000 pallet spaces; for large-format boxes and heavy-duty packaging, a cantilever racking hall is available. As a plant of the EIKEMEIER Group, the Langenhagen site has served since the 1990s as the backbone for developing the new federal states.
