KASCAD Engineering is a German engineering and manufacturing company that has been developing custom lifting, handling and process solutions for over 25 years. The portfolio includes lifting columns, drum tippers, tilting devices, pallet turners, weighing and dosing systems, drum mixers, dust extraction units, containers as well as custom special-purpose machinery and process systems for tasks such as lifting, tilting, emptying, filling, mixing, transporting and positioning. Manufacturing takes place in the company's own workshop with CNC turning (ø6–350 mm, length up to 500 mm), CNC milling, welding (MIG/MAG/WIG) as well as assembly and commissioning. Depending on the application, stainless steel and painted steel versions with hygienic design, GMP and ATEX requirements are implemented. The systems are used mainly in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, biotechnology, food, dairy, cosmetics and the battery industry. With its head office in Grettstadt and manufacturing in Geldersheim, KASCAD Engineering combines design and manufacturing under one roof and delivers worldwide.
