About us – Tradition meets Innovation

Kaupp Blechbearbeitung GmbH & Co. KG is a fourth-generation family company based in Alpirsbach in the Black Forest. Founded in 1919 as a building tinsmithery, the company has specialised in sheet metal working with CNC-controlled machines since the 1990s. Its range of services includes CAD design (2D/3D, DXF/DWG), laser cutting in 4000×2000 mm format, punch-laser processing, cutting, bending (swivel bending, press brake bending up to 220 t), roll bending, manual and robotic welding as well as dry grinding and edge rounding on a Loewer DiscMaster 4TD. It manufactures single parts, small series and custom-made products from steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass and titanium – including machine enclosures, machine base frames, leak-tested containers, tube constructions and railing sheets. Surface treatment such as powder coating, galvanising, blackening and anodising is carried out via a partner network. Key customers come from mechanical and special-purpose machinery engineering.
