About Keenfinity
KEENFINITY GmbH, headquartered in Munich, was established in mid-2025 through the carve-out of the security and communications divisions as well as the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) from the Bosch Group, and has since operated as an independent corporate group within the portfolio of the investment firm Triton. With around 4,000 employees, more than 75 locations in over 40 countries and revenue of over 1 billion euros (2025), the company offers security and communication solutions under the Bosch, Electro-Voice, Dynacord, RTS, Telex, Avonic, IQSIGHT and Radionix brands. Through the KEENFINITY Electronics Manufacturing Services division with around 1,400 employees, the company manufactures electronic products as an EMS partner: from engineering and printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) to final assembly and testing, as well as metalworking, rack building, after-market and repair services. Manufacturing covers high-mix/low-volume up to higher volumes and serves demanding, regulated industries such as building technology, professional audio and broadcast technology, medical and life science, and aerospace. EMS production sites are located in Germany (Munich/Matrix, Straubing), the Netherlands, Portugal, the USA, Mexico, China and Singapore.
