About KITTEC
KITTEC GmbH, based in Rosenheim, has been manufacturing electrically and gas-fired kilns for trades, arts, laboratory and industry since 1979. The product range comprises more than 120 standard models in four product lines (STUDIO, CLASSIC, PROFESSIONAL, INDUSTRIAL) – from top-loaders and front-loaders to chamber-wagon, bell, muffle, annealing and hardening furnaces as well as sintering furnaces up to 1,800 °C and burnout furnaces for precision casting. The company also develops custom-built kilns, such as chamber-wagon furnaces for stress-relief annealing of steel plates or CLM furnaces with 3 m length for metal bars and shafts. The furnaces are assembled by hand in small series; heating elements made of Kanthal are wound in-house; insulation uses multi-layer premium insulation and the company's own foam ceramic brick NewGen ESP. Typical fields of application are ceramic and glaze firing, glass fusing, ferritizing and pearlitizing of cast iron, hardening and tempering of steel as well as laboratory and dental technology.

Quality
Every furnace leaves the company carefully calculated, assembled and tested – in the final inspection the inspector signs the test seal with his name. Only insulation materials that are not classified as carcinogenic according to TRGS 905 (class 1 or 2) are used.
