About KLAUS Kunststofftechnik
Klaus Kunststofftechnik GmbH (KLAUS) is a DIN ISO 9001-certified, mid-sized system supplier with more than 160 employees in Aitrach. For over 60 years, the company has been dedicated to plastic engineering solutions and their process implementation. The focus is on thermoforming and injection moulding of thermoplastics: injection moulding is possible up to 17,000 kN clamping force and 8,000 g shot weight, while thermoforming processes semi-finished sheets up to 13 mm thick into moulded parts up to 2500 x 1500 x 600 mm. The range is complemented by PUR back-foaming (up to 16 l foam volume) for lightweight, rigid sandwich components, plastic metalworking for one-off pieces and small series, assembly up to 100 % tested systems, as well as painting, laminating, printing and EMC coating. Industries served include automotive, aviation, appliance, machinery and furniture manufacturing as well as packaging; composite combinations of metal, wood and plastic are produced from a single source.
