KLEEMANN Hellas S.A. was founded in 1983 in Kilkis (Greece) on the basis of a know-how transfer from the German KLEEMANN HUBTECHNIK GmbH and manufactures complete lift systems: hydraulic and machine-roomless traction lifts, freight lifts, escalators and moving walks, marine and special-purpose lifts (anti-vandal, fire-resistant, earthquake-resistant), parking systems, homelifts as well as cabins, car slings, doors, hydraulic pistons, power units and electronic control systems. Production takes place in the company's own plants in the Kilkis industrial park (including a cabin/MRL plant with 10,300 sqm, an electronics plant with 1,500 sqm, the KLEFER door line) as well as in Kunshan (China); 61 m and 100 m high testing towers are located in Kilkis and China respectively. The group is listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, supplies over 100 countries with an export share of more than 90% and handles projects ranging from airports and cruise ships to oil platforms and data centers.
