About KLEIN Anlagenbau AG
KLEIN Anlagenbau AG develops, designs and manufactures process engineering systems and installations for the handling of bulk materials and raw materials. The portfolio includes pneumatic conveying systems with pressure vessel conveyors, core sand mixers (STATORMIX®), vibration charging mixers, brake sand filling and spreading systems for rail vehicles, sand reclamation plants for foundries as well as systems for generating underwater shock waves. The shock wave technology (CERABITE®) is used for decoring and cleaning complex castings such as cylinder heads, engine blocks, turbocharger and battery housings, for fibre processing and for recycling of electronic devices and composite materials. In addition to plant engineering, the company offers consulting, engineering, field trials in its own technical centre, contract manufacturing (shock wave cleaning of castings), energy consulting and technical support from a single source. Customers are internationally leading companies from the foundry industry, automotive and defence technology, rail technology, the bulk materials, glass and electronics sectors as well as the textile industry. Founded in 1999, partially employee-owned, the company with around 70 employees is based in Freudenberg (Siegen-Wittgenstein district) and supplies customers worldwide.

Technologies and Processes
Pneumatic Conveying Technology
Pressure vessel conveyors and piping systems for free-flowing bulk materials of any kind and quantity.
STATORMIX® Core Sand Mixing Technology
Vertical flow mixer with two-chamber system and stator for homogeneous core sand recipes in foundries and 3D printing.
Vibration Charging Mixer SM
Mixer without rotating parts in the mixing vessel, driven by an unbalance motor, as a compact mixing plant.
Shock Wave Technology (CERABITE®)
Underwater shock waves for sand and core removal from complex castings, for fibre processing and for recycling of electronics.
Sand Reclamation
Complete systems for mechanical processing of chemically or inorganically bonded used sand with screens, classifiers, coolers and vibration breakers.
Brake Sand Technology
Filling and spreading systems for the precise application of brake sand on rails for greater safety in rail traffic.
