KLG LIQUIDA is a contract manufacturer of cosmetic and personal care products based in Karlsfeld near Munich. The company develops and produces liquids ranging from fluid to highly viscous – gels, emulsions, pastes, tonics, peelings and make-ups – on vacuum homogenizers with shear and filtration systems as well as ultrafiltration. The service portfolio spans a full service from individual formulation development (conventional and natural cosmetics, COSMOS/NATRUE-certifiable) to production, contract filling in an ISO-7 cleanroom, labeling and assembly through to primary and secondary packaging, warehousing, approval management and marketing concepts. In 2023, 1,700 t of product was produced and 24 million units filled; the production value generated exceeded EUR 1.2 billion. Customers range from start-ups to corporations, including dm, Merck and Fraunhofer. Locations: Karlsfeld (Plant I & II), Hessisch-Lichtenau (Plant III, approx. 12,000 m²), Melsungen and New York.
