About KLINGER Bartsch

KLINGER Bartsch GmbH, based in Wallenhorst near Osnabrück, has been developing and manufacturing seals made of graphite and carbon as well as derived products since 1973. The product range includes custom-made pure graphite rings in a wide variety of dimensions and machining variants such as flanging, mechanical seal rings, flat seals made from SIGRAFLEX films and sheets, carbon products for seals and bearings, as well as PTFE-based, fiber-reinforced and laminate sealing materials from the KLINGER program. As a second mainstay, the company has operated waterjet technology since 1998 with four systems that cut metal, plastic, stone, glass, ceramics and composite materials 16 hours a day using pure waterjet and abrasive processes. Depending on the material, sheet thicknesses of 0.5 to 200 mm are cut; the support surfaces extend up to 4255 x 4145 mm. The seals are produced from one-off pieces to series runs of millions of units; more than 18,500 tools are available for pure graphite rings. Only seal manufacturers and technical distributors are supplied; individual sectors include chemicals and petrochemicals, power plant engineering, plant and mechanical engineering, and valve manufacturing. The company belongs to the internationally active KLINGER Group and is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
