Components up to 12 tonnes capacity are manufactured in three-shift operation with automated manufacturing processes, unmanned machine running times and SMED-supported setup optimization – from lot size 1 to series production. Served industries include general machinery, wind power industry, compressor and hydraulic engineering, gears and gear teeth, jig and fixture building in aerospace, mining, packaging industry as well as steel and rolling mills. A reference project is the new production of a 500 rolling stand for TIMKEN with over 215 bill-of-materials items, 250 hours of assembly and a 16-hour test run under real conditions. The company builds on over 50 years of mechanical engineering experience and is ISO 9001 certified.
