About Köppl Metalltechnik

Köppl Metalltechnik GmbH & Co. KG is a contract manufacturer of precision parts based in Aldersbach in Lower Bavaria. Core competencies are CNC milling on 3-, 4- and 5-axis machines and CNC turning: bar parts are completely machined in diameters from 1 to 75 mm, and blanks and raw parts from 1 to 700 mm diameter are machined. The portfolio is complemented by sawing, vibratory finishing, sandblasting, MIG-MAG welding and the assembly of complete assemblies from in-house production and purchased parts. In addition, the company offers heat treatment (annealing, hardening), electroplating and powder coating with epoxy or polyester resin powder coatings. Steel, galvanized steel, aluminium and other metals and alloys are machined. Customers come from drive technology, metrology, electrical engineering, medical technology, food technology, automotive as well as mechanical and plant engineering. The company manufactures from prototype to large-scale series and is operated by around 40 permanent employees on a total production and warehouse area of 3,000 m².
