About Kosbahn Karton
Kosbahn Karton GmbH is a family-owned company founded in 1961 in Warburg with over 60 years of experience in cardboard and packaging technology. The company manufactures and develops corrugated cardboard packaging solutions for products of all kinds and all sizes – from folding boxes, wrap-around packaging and structural inner packaging (dividers) to corrugated cardboard cushions, pallet boxes, interleaves and cardboard pallets, through to bag-in-box systems for liquids. Production uses exclusively cardboard made from controlled renewable, recyclable raw materials as well as 99% recyclable corrugated cardboard; grass corrugated cardboard (70% waste paper, 30% grass) is available as an alternative. Printing is carried out, among other methods, using the flexographic printing process. Kosbahn imposes no minimum order quantities, also manufactures small orders and special sizes that cannot be processed on conventional inline machines. Services range from consulting to development, production and printing, through to storage and shipping with its own vehicle fleet. Customers include the food and pharmaceutical industries, the chemical and automotive industries, mechanical engineering, the PV/solar sector, e-commerce retail as well as moving and freight forwarding companies.
