Kranz Kunststofftechnik GmbH was founded in 1983 in Waiblingen, Baden-Württemberg, and specializes in processing all kinds of plastics. With around ten employees, the company produces precisely made custom parts to drawing or design as well as standard products such as brochure holders, information carriers and displays. Production is carried out, among other things, with CNC, CAD and CAM milling machines (3-axis, up to 3050 x 1250 mm), CNC turning, an eurolaser XL-1600 laser system, and an XXL laser system with 400W CO2 for acrylic glass. The range of processes also includes sawing, planing, copy milling, polishing, bonding and UV bonding, bending, annealing, as well as screen and digital printing. The main material is acrylic glass (PMMA); other processed plastics include polycarbonate, POM, PA, PTFE, PET, PVC, PE, PP, SAN, polystyrene, Forex, Dibond, Alucobond and Vekaplan. Customers include companies from trade fair construction, mechanical engineering, industry, marketing and advertising, design and architecture, banking and hospitality, as well as medicine and laboratory technology. Single-item and series production as well as cuts from stock are possible; common materials are sufficiently in stock to implement short-notice orders flexibly.
