About Künzli AG Rosental
Künzli AG Rosental is a Swiss family-owned company based in Wängi in the canton of Thurgau that has been active in the field of chipless cold forming since 1958. Its core competence is metal spinning, complemented by deep drawing, stamping, welding and its own toolmaking. The spinning shop processes all formable materials up to 8 mm thickness and 2'000 mm diameter, including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper and titanium. For deep-drawn parts, triple-action drawing presses up to 3'150 kN are available; in stamping, smaller and medium-sized series are produced on eccentric presses from 250 to 2'500 kN. Custom solutions are offered from prototype to series production; tools and prototypes are quickly realized in the company's own toolmaking department. Customers include, among others, companies from the tank and apparatus engineering sector as well as the locksmithing industry.
