KUK-automation GmbH was founded in Beckum in 1990 and, as a special machinery manufacturer, specializes in complex automation technology tasks. The company develops and manufactures special machinery, complete assembly lines, screwdriving robot cells, fixtures, handling systems and robot peripherals – supported by mechanical design (SolidWorks), electrical design (E-Plan P8), PLC and robotics software development, and simulation methods. Control panel construction is carried out to UL and EN standards with a CNC control cabinet workcenter and cabling automation. In-house manufacturing includes CNC machining as contract manufacturing, welding technology to DIN EN ISO 9606-1, painting, sandblasting and laser marking. Robotics system partnerships exist with ABB, KUKA, FANUC and Mitsubishi. Customers come from automation technology, electromobility and electronics manufacturing. Production at both Beckum sites is CO2-neutral; commissioning takes place worldwide.
