Laser-Tech Olbernhau GmbH is a medium-sized sheet metal processing company in Saxony, founded in 1996 when the sheet metal fabrication division was spun off from VEB Fahrzeugwerk Olbernhau and Camptourist Olbernhau GmbH. On approximately 3000 m² of production space, 40 employees manufacture individual parts and assemblies from steel, stainless steel and aluminium – from laser cutting, punching, saw cuts, profile and tube processing, sheet straightening and machine deburring through to bending and manual welding of complete assemblies. The range is complemented by 2D/3D design with SolidWorks Professional, supplementary processes such as stud welding, riveting, press-fitting and roll bending, as well as surface treatment with powder coating, wet painting and pickling. Customers come from mechanical engineering, plant engineering, vehicle construction, water, wastewater and environmental technology as well as medical technology. The company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 and trains industrial mechanics, design mechanics and metal technology specialists.
