About Laserteam AG
Laserteam AG is a Swiss sheet metal fabrication company based in Grafenried. The company manufactures laser-cut parts, bent parts and welded assemblies from steel, chrome-nickel steel, aluminium, brass and copper. Core processes are laser cutting with fiber laser systems (ByStar Fiber 4020 20 kW, BySmart Fiber 12 kW) with working areas of 4000×2000 mm and 3000×1500 mm respectively, air bending on four press brakes, and shearing of sheets up to 4000 mm in length. The value chain is complemented by deburring and fladder grinding, welding (MIG/MAG, TIG, spot and stud welding) of assemblies up to 12.5 tonnes, machining such as drilling, turning and milling, as well as design and programming with SolidWorks and Tenado. Surface finishing is carried out via a partner network. Delivery is handled by the company with its own transporters. Customers come from a wide range of industries, and products range from one-off custom fabrication to series production.
