Roll manufacturer with tradition since 1866

Leonhard Breitenbach GmbH is a roll manufacturer and roll service provider founded in 1866 and based in Siegen-Trupbach. The company manufactures rolls such as calender rolls, mixing rolls, thermo rolls, grooved rolls, smooth rolls and crinkling rolls, refiner rolls, coating and application rolls as well as pistons for hydraulic presses. Production includes an in-house roll foundry with static casting (chilled cast iron, grey cast iron, static casting, steel composite casting) and horizontal centrifugal casting for smaller rolls, forged steel machining and steel welded constructions as well as coating with chrome or WC/Co. The contract machining offering covers deep hole drilling up to 12 m drilling length, rough turning, finish turning, grinding and milling of large rotationally symmetrical workpieces up to 10 m in length and 80 t in weight with precision down to 0.001 mm. Customers come from the food, animal feed, battery foil, rubber and plastics, and paper industries as well as mechanical engineering. With sales representatives, the company is represented in more than 35 countries.
