About LICO
LICO Stahl- und Kunststofftechnik GmbH from Unterhaching near Munich has been developing and manufacturing equipment for the aerospace industry for over 35 years. As a general contractor, the company handles concept planning, product development, and prototyping up to serial production of series products and special solutions. The product focus is on MGSE (Mechanical Ground Support Equipment): special containers, shaker adapters, and handling and assembly jigs. In the Helicopter Solutions area, the program includes transport wheels (Ground Handling Wheels), tow bars, maintenance platforms, hangar taxis, and auxiliary tools – developed for Airbus Helicopters (EC 135/EC 145/H135/H145), among others. Additionally, LICO manufactures gas homogenization machines and maintenance machines for the gas industry. Production is carried out using high-strength materials such as aluminum and titanium, as well as steel and plastic technology. Customers include Airbus Defence and Space and Airbus Helicopters. Production is completed entirely in Germany (Made in Germany).
