The IonitOx process achieves combined wear and corrosion protection for ferrous metals. Customers include well-known companies from the automotive industry, mechanical and plant engineering, mold and die manufacturing, gearbox production, and the plastics industry; components processed are used worldwide, including hardened steel beams for the Sydney Opera House. In 2023, the company calculated its Corporate Carbon Footprint together with ClimatePartner and established itself as Germany's first balance CO2-neutral heat treatment facility.
