About Loretan Metallbau
Loretan Metallbau AG in Wattenwil (Canton of Bern) is a family-run metal construction business in its fourth generation. The company manufactures doors, gates, windows, facades, stairs, railings, canopies and balconies from steel and aluminium as well as steel structures and load-bearing frameworks for industrial and residential construction. Another pillar is mast construction: for around ten years, Loretan has produced masts for the Swiss mobile communications network, specially designed for 5G expansion, and supplies telecommunications companies. Steel and metal structures are combined with glass to create filigree glass structures. Design work is carried out using CAD programs; customer projects are implemented from planning to completion from a single source. According to the company, it regularly trains apprentices as metal construction specialists EFZ and metal construction designers.
