About Lueb & Schumacher
Lueb & Schumacher is an owner-managed family business based in Nettetal-Kaldenkirchen in the Lower Rhine region, which has specialized in metal deep drawing since 1952. With 36 transfer and progressive presses, around 140 skilled workers manufacture sleeves from stainless steel, steel, Inconel, aluminum, copper, and brass—with sleeve lengths from 15 to 150 mm, inner diameters from 2.8 to 110 mm, and material thicknesses from 0.2 to 3 mm. The service portfolio covers the entire value chain: design and tool building in-house using CNC technology and CAD, zero-series and prototype construction, series production, vacuum degreasing, heat treatment up to 1100 °C under protective gas, and surface finishing such as galvanization, plastic coating, pickling, high-gloss polishing, and lapping. The offering is completed by residual contamination analysis, customer-specific testing procedures, high-bay storage, and consignments inventory both domestically and internationally. Customers come from Automotive, E-Mobility, Sanitary and Heating Industry, Measurement and Control Technology, and Electronics.
