About Luginsland Holzbau
Luginsland Holzbau GmbH is a family-run timber construction company headquartered in Grafenau-Döffingen in Baden-Württemberg, operated in its seventh generation. The company constructs wooden buildings such as houses, industrial facilities, halls, and kindergartens, as well as roof trusses, with high degree of pre-fabrication and supports construction projects from consulting through planning to construction management. In existing buildings, Luginsland performs renovations, extensions, asbestos renovations, and façade renovations using HPL panels. The operation primarily works with the renewable raw material wood, supplemented by tiles for roofing and HPL panels for the façade area. Customers come from the private, commercial, and public construction sectors, including kindergartens, the State Academy in Weil der Stadt, and sports clubs. Due to the high degree of pre-fabrication, wooden buildings can be erected in a short construction time.
