Its range of services includes the prefabrication of piping components, steel construction units and complex systems, assembly and disassembly work (including in refineries), industrial services including temporary staffing under the AÜG (German Temporary Employment Act), emergency repairs in piping and boiler construction, maintenance and repair, as well as construction and project management and hydraulic/pneumatic work. Welding is performed radiographically sound in material groups 5, 6, 8, 36, 43 and 45 according to EN ISO 15608, mainly in steel and stainless steel; hydraulic pipe bending machines are available on site for pipe dimensions from 6 x 1,5 mm to 168,3 x 45 mm. Customers come from power generation, the steel-producing and chemical industries, plant engineering and the food industry. The headquarters in Schermbeck offers 900 m² of production and 200 m² of office space; project management and the dispatching of assembly sites are also handled from there.

Quality & Certification

Quality assurance of the weld seams is carried out by welding supervisors, welding engineers and certified welding specialists (SFI/SFM) by means of continuous inspections according to VT, PT, MT, UT and RT; radiographically sound welds are tested in accordance with the AD rulebook or DIN EN 12517-1.
