About us

M. Stöcker GmbH is an owner-managed family business in Waldbröl specialising in contract powder coating and surface technology. On 1,500 m² of production space, the company coats components made of bare and hot-dip galvanized steel, aluminium, stainless steel and all common cast surfaces using fully and semi-automatic powder coating systems. The service portfolio includes alkaline degreasing with nano-conversion treatment, shot blasting to Sa 2.5, outgassing of cast parts up to 230 °C, paint stripping, KTL coating, anodising, ESD coating as well as masking, assembly and packaging. Components up to 3,300 x 2,100 x 1,200 mm and 600 kg are processed from single parts to large series, with small-part batches up to 30,000 parts per shift on the automatic system. The quality management system has been certified by TÜV Saar to DIN ISO 9001:2015 since 2007; the company is also an approved supplier to Deutsche Bahn under DBS 918340. Customers come from rail vehicle construction, mechanical engineering, metal furniture and façade construction.
