About M.TEC ENGINEERING

M.TEC ENGINEERING GmbH is an independent engineering service provider headquartered in Herzogenrath near Aachen. Founded in 1991 as a spin-off of RWTH Aachen, the company develops technical products and processes on behalf of its customers – from product definition through conception, design and simulation & calculation to industrialization, series production launch and troubleshooting. Key focuses are plastics-optimized component development with engineering plastics and high-performance polymers, fluid mechanics, acoustics, and the integration of lighting technology into products. In addition, M.TEC provides engineering for mechanical engineering and special machinery construction. Using the company's own ISO 9001-certified development methodology and the AI-based optimization tool M.OPT®, the engineers identify project risks early and manage conflicting objectives in complex development projects. Customers include internationally active corporations from the automotive, mechanical engineering, electrical appliances, medical and building technology sectors. M.TEC is a member of the Hamburg-based Feddersen Group.
