MACEAS GmbH specializes in industrial leak testing and automation. The company develops individual comprehensive solutions for serial production, including helium leak testing, ultrasonic gas bubble detection in water baths, and electrolyte leak testing for battery cells. In addition to constructing customized test systems and special machines, MACEAS offers leak testing services where components can be tested without investing in their own system. Solution development covers clarifying requirements, developing the test concept, designing the serial process with cycle time and component handling, and building and commissioning the system.
