Mack Dentaltechnik – The Partner for Your Laboratory
MACK Dentaltechnik GmbH, based in Dornstadt near Ulm, is a CAD/CAM manufacturing center for dental prosthetics operating throughout Europe and is part of the Mack Group, whose roots lie in CNC manufacturing for the aerospace industry. The company produces crowns, bridges, implant-supported superstructures and abutments, telescopes, splints, digital plastic models and cast partial dentures in all common materials, from CoCr through titanium and zirconia to high-performance plastics such as PEEK. Core technologies are ultrasonic CNC manufacturing on DMG MORI machines, SLM 3D metal printing with CNC hybrid manufacturing, 3D plastic printing using the DLP/CLIP process, and dry electropolishing according to DLyte technology. The offering is complemented by a scan and design service using fringe light, tactile and laser technology, as well as in-house tool manufacturing. All processes are certified according to DIN EN ISO 13485 and DIN EN ISO 9001.
