About Mager GmbH
Mager GmbH in Ennepetal is a manufacturer of hot-formed special screws and turned parts, operating throughout Europe under the ERMA brand. Production comprises hot forming (forging) of screw and bolt blanks, machining on CNC machines, thread rolling, deburring, as well as in-house heat treatment through case hardening, induction hardening and tempering. Surface treatments such as zinc, phosphate, hard chrome, Dacromet, zinc/nickel and chromium(VI)-free systems (Geomet, Plus, Delta-Protekt) are carried out in cooperation with plating shops. Products are manufactured to standards, drawings or samples and used in rail vehicles, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, tracked vehicles, automotive engineering, axle construction, gearbox construction and heavy machinery. In-house toolmaking ensures flexibility; an extensive raw material warehouse for common dimensions enables fast deliveries.
