Maschinenservice Schneider & Söhne GmbH (MSS) was founded in 2000 and specializes in injection molding technology for plastics processing. Its range of services includes manufacturer-independent service and repair of injection molding machines and peripherals, maintenance and inspection, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting, as well as complete machine relocations from disassembly to commissioning at the new site. As a sales partner, MSS offers LIENFA fully hydraulic injection molding machines from Taiwan in clamping force sizes from 35 to 4000 tons, including consulting, installation and technical service. In addition, the company supplies robots and automation solutions from TENSO, peripherals such as conveyor belts, temperature control units and material supply, as well as Bubble Cleaner systems for chemical-free cooling channel cleaning. MSS also performs CE acceptance of complete systems and sells spare parts and consumables via an online shop for business customers as well as a supplier network for hard-to-obtain components. Since 2021, the company has operated from a new hall in Essen with a photovoltaic system and electrified company vehicles.
