About Maxitrol
Maxitrol Company manufactures gas pressure regulators, modulating valves, gas control and shutoff valves, and filtration systems for the gas industry. The product range includes the RV, 325, R/RS, RZ, 220 and SR regulator series, the Selectra and EXA modulating valves, SENTRY excess-flow and thermal cut-off valves, Ball Valves, GV, CV and GW systems, and the GF1000 and HF2000 filters. In production, cast housings (top castings) of the RV52, RV53, 325 and R400 series are machined on a purpose-built special machine (M92): each housing is drilled/reamed and qualified before the vent spindles are threaded. The units are then assembled from the machined cast components. Production sites are Thale (Germany) and Colon (USA). Customers come from the gas industry.
