Full-service provider for plastic injection molding
Merschbrock Kunststoff Spritzguss GmbH, based in Verl (North Rhine-Westphalia), has been manufacturing plastic injection-molded parts using single-shot and two-shot (1K/2K) processes since 1978. With more than 75 injection molding machines (clamping forces 6–1,000 t), over 6,500 m² of production space and more than 85 employees, output exceeds 300 million parts per year with a material consumption of over 3,000 tonnes. Nearly all thermoplastics are processed, including PP, PE, PS, high-performance plastics as well as glass- and mineral-fiber-reinforced materials; part sizes range from a tenth of a gram to several kilograms. The service portfolio includes plastics-compatible development with CAD design, FEM calculation, Moldflow analysis, FMEA and prototype construction, in-house toolmaking including sinker and wire EDM, patented automation technology, surface finishing, plastic welding, assembly of complete modules as well as warehousing and logistics with over 8,000 storage locations. The products go into machinery, vehicles and medical devices in the automotive, food, kitchen/furniture, electrical, rail & track, medical, mechanical engineering and consumer goods industries.
