About Metacod AG
Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Aarwangen, Switzerland, Metacod AG develops and manufactures custom precision tools – perforating knives, forming segments and special parts – used worldwide in the production of plastic and aluminium closures. Thanks to a modern machine park and the intelligent networking of CAD and CAM systems, the company also realizes complex geometries with high precision. In addition to its own product range, Metacod AG offers contract manufacturing, prototype production and a 24-hour express service. Through targeted heat treatment and high-quality coatings, the parts are adapted to their respective area of application in order to achieve maximum tool life and reliable functionality. An in-house research and development department continuously optimizes processes, materials and manufacturing technologies in close cooperation with customers.
