Metallbau Göppel is a family-run contract manufacturer for metal construction, steel construction and metalworking, based in Großaitingen near Augsburg. The company produces individual parts, welded assemblies, housings and ready-to-install components – from laser cutting (TRUMPF TruDisk 5001, sheet sizes up to 3,000 × 1,500 mm, up to 25 mm structural steel) to bending, CNC milling and TIG/MIG/MAG welding, through to surface finishing with powder coating, painting, foiling, vibratory grinding and polishing. This is complemented by CAD design, prototype construction, assembly and just-in-time and just-in-sequence delivery. As a certified welding specialist company (EN 1090, EN ISO 3834, ISO 9001), Göppel supplies industries such as banking and security, the vending machine industry, automotive, mechanical engineering, medical technology, defence as well as municipalities and commercial customers. The 30-strong team can look back on more than 35 years of experience.
