Sheet metal processing since 1979
Metallbau Höse GmbH has been manufacturing sheet metal parts and assemblies in Biedenkopf-Wallau (Hesse) since 1979. Its range of services includes laser cutting, punch-laser processing, bending including an automated bending cell, welding (MIG/MAG, TIG, spot welding, stud welding, laser welding) as well as deburring, grinding, tumble finishing and blasting. Structural steel, stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals are processed; around 1,700 tonnes of welded components are produced annually. The fully automated Stopa high-bay warehouse with 343 storage locations supplies the cutting machines, and bending simulation plus acceptance of 2D/3D design data complement the engineering services. External partners handle powder coating, anodising, pickling, electropolishing, galvanising and milling; assembly is carried out ready for installation. The company delivers around 95 percent of its production itself within Germany.
