About Metallbau Lührmann

Metallbau Lührmann GmbH is an owner-managed family business founded in 1986, headquartered in Laage near Rostock with more than 100 employees. The company manufactures components and complex assemblies from steel, stainless steel and aluminium as a system supplier for industries such as wind power, mechanical and plant engineering, agriculture, packaging and food processing systems, crane construction, solar technology, shipbuilding and the automotive industry. The value chain includes laser cutting, press braking, rolling, tube bending, CNC turning and milling, welding (MAG, MIG, TIG), deburring, final assembly, design in SolidWorks, as well as logistics including customs clearance. In the separated stainless steel processing area, durable constructions with high surface quality are produced. Key customers include Liebherr, Nordex, Krebs and Aulich. Production takes place on a modern machine fleet with Trumpf laser systems, press brakes and several CNC machining centres from Haas and Doosan.
